Caitlin K. Lucas PT, DPT graduated with a Bachelor’s in Medicine from Colorado State University. After graduating, she obtained a Master’s in Biomechanics from the University of Northern Colorado before attending Shenandoah University. While at Shenandoah, she completed the dual degree program to obtain a Master’s in Athletic Training and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During her studies, she was able to participate in clinical rotations at the University of Tennessee to work mainly with their football program, but also treated many athletes from track and field, softball, baseball, soccer, and swimming with their post-operative care. She also did a rotation at the Air Force Academy working with the Cadets.
Since graduation, Caitlin has practiced within the outpatient setting and is passionate about helping those requiring assistance in orthopedic, sport specific, and pelvic health rehabilitation. She also treats post-concussion, pediatrics, and post-operative total joint care. Caitlin is certified in Dry Needling, strength and conditioning, and is currently studying pelvic health to obtain her Women’s Health Clinical Specialist certification.
Caitlin grew up in the military and has lived all over the world. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, cheering on the Denver Broncos and Chicago Cubs, and going out for a nice run.
