Heather Tack, PT DPT graduated with her Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology from Wayne State University in Detroit MI. She went on to earn her Doctorate from the University of St Augustine in 2011. Her interest in physical therapy comes from her time playing basketball, volleyball and college softball and being up close to multiple injuries. She enjoys treating all orthopedic injuries though takes a special liking to vestibular disorders. She recently completed a 12-week certification course on fall prevention and balance disorders to care for patients dealing with strokes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, concussion, or vertigo. Outside of work, Heather likes to spend time with friends and family, time outdoors or spending time on the golf course. In her down time, she enjoys reading.
