Laura graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Michigan State University in 2015 and went on to Grand Valley State where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. Following graduation, she immediately enrolled in an intensive orthopedic residency program through PT Solutions from 2018-2019 and was able to sit to take a board-certified specialty exam in Orthopedics to earn her OCS. Laura’s passions in the clinic are providing community engagement, connecting Orthopedic and Neurological conditions in the outpatient setting, rehabbing athletes of various backgrounds and levels, improving clinical development with mentoring and education, as well as maintaining a fun high energy environment that is therapeutically healing and enjoyable for patients with a holistic rehabilitation approach. In her free time, Laura enjoys traveling, hiking, fitness and recreational lifting, cheering for the Michigan State Spartans, and consuming chocolate in all forms. Laura loves her job and being able to come to work with patients and co-workers that feel like family.
