Sam earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Iowa in 2011. In 2016, she underwent advanced training for her Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. She is passionate and dedicated to improving each patient’s life through individualized plans, evidence-based treatment approaches, and a little TLC.

Sam regularly works with all ages and has experience treating athletes, vestibular and balance patients, and injured workers. She grew up running track and cross country, competing in gymnastics and cheerleading. She looks forward to working with these athletes in her new community.

Outside the clinic, Sam enjoys hiking, traveling, recreational running, and spending time with her family.
